Guinea pigs escape from a research lab. They return to steal documents to build machines and use them for good. They have to gather the parts to build machines from junkyards, museums, auto shops, etc. Then they get certified on the machines so they can take them to rescue other test subjects.

The foes include the scientist when he finds them back in his lab, the junkyard dogs, janitors, mechanics, etc where they get parts, and finally the scientist with a robot that must be defeated- so the guinea pigs can keep their machine to use it.

Peers that need rescued include a monkey in space, chicken in a submarine, and dog in a zeppelin.
