Douse #1 (Elementary)

When flames stand in one’s way, the solution is to douse them with the scepter’s element of water. Clouds of steam will replace smoke as cascades of water fall around you, making firefighting a walk in the park.

The scepter swirls overhead, making one think of the shape of an umbrella– but it would be more of a reversal– an umbrella made of water puts a stop to dryness, instead of promoting it. This conundrum will not confuse the purpose, which is dousing an obstacle even as the adventurer moves around. A wreath of water will help you stop those flames! Now march, water warrior!
